Bobrow was sensational as the blond Roxie: Kewpie-doll cute with a heart of stone. A strong, pitch-perfect singer, skilled dancer and facile actor, she’s the whole package. Her fabulous “Roxie” was just one of the many sterling solo performances in the show.
